I'm a first time chicken owner and received chicks last Thursday. One of my speckled sussex has started sleeping a lot and preening excessively. I haven't seen her eat much lately and she looks smaller than her sister speckled sussex. What do I do? Does she maybe have mites? I am feeding them (10 chicks) starter chick crumbles and clean water. The brooder has pine shavings covered by burlap and I have a heat lamp that keeps temps between 90 and 95. Thanks for your help,
