please help!!

My sex link chicks are in the process of hatching. Three are out successfully, although one seems pretty weak. Another hatched about an hour ago and is dragging the shell around attached to his umbilicus (which seems brown and gunky). Another ahs been trying to hatch for well over 24 hours. It is still alive and moving his beak but getting nowhere. Any recommendations for the 2 still in the incubator?

The one attached to his shell is now OK and seems to be strong. The one trapped in the egg had been in so long (approx 30 hours) that when i helped him out, the shell broke off easily and the membrane was tight and dry. When he finally came out, he had a lot of white poop (?) and his leg was deformed. He died shortly after coming out

Sad but relieved because I don't know how to care for a chicken with special needs.
