PLEASE help!!!!

My chicken is stumbling/falling. She is a ISA Brown and about 9 months old. She has layed eggs the last couple days as usual, but they have been thin and had like a circle imprinted on them...todays is very weird shaped and still has the circle...what could be wrong??? Please help!

A little more info-she is free range, and eats layers hash and cracked corn for a snack. There are 4 others and they are all fine...

Update-she just layed an egg that was very soft shelled-well, really not even a shell, pretty much a blob and now she is acting pretty normal...out scratching and seems to be walking normally. Could she just have some had 2 eggs today and was bound up??
