i have hatched a australorp and i was wondering if there was any way of telling what sex they could be

There is a way to do it b looking at feathers on the wings I think. It has something to do with if they are all the same length they are one sex and if the feathers are different lengths they are the other sex but I can't remember which is which and I do not know how much skill this takes, Google "sexing a chicken" and there should be lots of information. Even the best hatcheries state that a 10% error could be made so I do not think it is an exact science but its surely possible.
