PLEASE help!

My hens live in a coop off of the ground. They've been doing really well but for the last week have been struggling making eggs and today I found these eggs. The little one concerns me, is my hen okay?

Lots of odd things happen now and then when we see all the eggs hens lay. It's not likely to happen again.

Eggs come in all sized..had small ones and one like an ostrich size...oh boy I bet that was a surprise....lol
