PLEASE HELP!

i have a 3-5 day old duckling and she will not eat or drink. she has a scab on her stomach and shes very swollen. she seems very weak and is quiet and cant open her beak. please help!! I made my profile picture of her stomach

I can't see your pic very well, but that's likely where she absorbed her yolk sac. I would leave it alone. Sav-a-Chick into the water, do dip her bill, first water, then crumbles, then water again, and do see if you can encourage her to eat that way. Will she stand well? If yes, that's a great sign. If not, then twist and roll up a washcloth into a donut shape, set her in the middle so she won't trip over, and keep trying with the food. And water.
