Please Help

I have a blue cochin chick that I got on Sun. She's about 4-5 weeks old. I also got 3 other chickens the day before. 9 weeks! When I turned the cochin chick into the run. The Rhode Island red started pecking her head over and over again. I am now keeping her in a roomy dog carrier crate until they stop. How can I get them to stop pecking her?

Those ages are incompatible. You can't mix chicks of those ages safely, I might go back and get another cochin and raise those two for a few more weeks inside or somewhere else, but those ages are too far apart and remember its a stranger, its going to get pecked.
