Please, I need advice or hope

I'd suggest getting your hands on some Metacam (anti-inflammatory), Clavamox (antibiotic) and some silver sulfadiazine cream for the open wound. Your dog's vet should be able to prescribe all that to you without an issue. It's good stuff to keep on hand.

I would remove the heavy dressing, and leave the wound open. Get some Vetericyn wound spray at your feed store, or use the plain neosporin or triple antibiotic ointment on it twice a day. BluKote is for minor scrapes, not deep wounds especially if bone is exposed. It may come in handy though when reintroducing her later when she is healing. If using amoxicillin give half the daily dosage in the morning and half in the evening. If her wing is broken and hanging, you can use a figure eight bandage which is seen in the link below:

I also think you should put on some lighter bandaging and keep her in the house,thats all the help I can offer

Update!

I've got her in a cat carrier, isolated. She has access to both food and water and is eating and drinking. I removed the bandage so she could get her balance and she is able to stand and walk freely and without signs of pain or fear. She even jumped around a bit while I got the carrier ready. I figure the carrier is small enough to keep her from being TOO active and damaging it further. I applied some triple antibiotic and will hit TSC tomorrow for more supplies. No signs of shock. Trick is keeping it uninfected. If I can I think she'll pull through.

You would be surprised how well chicken wounds can heal. The most important thing is to keep flies away from the wound, so that it does not become infested with maggots. The ointment will help with that. You're doing a great job with her, isolation is best in this instance. No stress in the healing process is also important. I highly recommend that you get her started on amoxicillin.
