Please ID this - I can't tell if it's mold or eggs of some kind or what

With all the recent rain, we've had a plethora of interesting problems. 2 days ago my DH killed a rattlesnake in the driveway and a bullsnake in our coop. I noticed these weird white spots growing at the base of our coop by the chicken feeder. Can someone ID these? I don't know if I should be concerned or not.

I'm 99% sure it's fungus. If it makes you feel better, scoop it up and chuck it.
I had some mold growing underneath my feeder and waterer this morning after 5 days of rain.
