My wife bought 6 straight run Red Rangers. I keep telling her that 5 are roosters and 1 is a hen. Is the second one photographed a hen or is it even a Red Ranger? I have pictured the 6 of them below. They are currently 10 weeks old. How much longer do I wait to have them butchered? I don't have a working scale, so it will be a crap shoot when I take them to the Amish gentleman to have it done.

My red rangers are 10 weeks old as well. Not yet ready for butchering-- I'll give them 2 more weeks.
The #2 pic is a pullet, the rest are roos.
Have you considered keeping the pullet? They start laying early @ about 16 weeks and produce lots of double-yolkers!
Red rangers grow slower than CX's but they don't go down on their legs which is a plus. Next year I am raising only Red Rangers.
You can butcher any time now-- your choice on how big you want them to get.

Yep, one Ranger pullet, the rest cockerels.

I think Rangers are butchered around 12ish weeks.

Well if the one doesn't stop crowing, he isn't going to make it to 12 weeks.

And that's fine, too. Lots of folks just butcher as they start to crow or harass the hens. Makes life a lot simpler!
