Please identify otential rooster behavior!

x2, definitely normal behavior for either gender. I agree that it looks to be a cockerel, but if I were you, I'd hang onto that bird a little longer. With Silkies, you just can't be quite sure. Most of my chicks with wide combs like that end up being boys. However, I've had a few like that, that have surprised me and turned into really lovely girls. My experience has been that Silkie roos aren't hard to rehome. Theyre adorable, and most chicken people are more than happy to have them in their flock. Especially if you offer them up for free.

Thank you for responses! It's just that I have had 4 batches of chicks that I have raised over the last 10 years and NONE of them was like this chick. I mean some were bossy but I have never seen this level of behavior before. I mean it is so unusual to my experiences that I had to post as I have never seen quite this level of animation. It baffled me!
