Please Look... Somethings Wrong!?!(pics)

I've done this with hour old babies, but they also hatched on there due date and were extremely healthy and in no danger of dying. If you chick seems really weak wait awhile before messing with there feet.

Yea, I was going to wait for my husband anyways so the lil guy has more time to rest and so I have help!

I would give him a day, sometimes they just need time to stretch out their feet and get their legs under them.

I have had many hatch like that and I thougt there might be a problem, but 24 hours later they were walking around fine,so I would definitely wait until tomorrow at the very least.

Newbie here: how are you incharge of humitdity with an incubator? I know that must sound like a dumb question...but if I don't ask, I won't know.

There are ports where the water sits at the bottom(in most incubators) and you fill them to control humidity, you can also add wet wash cloths or sponges. The huidity should stay around 35-50% for the first 18 days and then should be incresed on day 18 to about 60-75%. Depending on the person you will find they keep thier humidity different so there is a wide range for humidity. Just don't do what I did and let the humidity get too low! Also, you can buy hydrometers to measure humidity, this is how you know what % it sits at...
