This is my 17 month old rooster named Harvey the Great (after the big white rabbit in the 1950 movie "Harvey"). He is a White Jersey Giant and stands 17 inches tall right now! He seems to just keep growing. . . . this is a full grown normal sized hen in the photo with him!!!

I tried a Black Jersey Giant cock, but he never grew that large and ignored predators on his hens.

The indeterminate cock was neat, but likely made the hens fear too much, so was killed.

@Peppercorngal the chickenhugs person has what I think is a Jersey Giant black cock and posts pictures every 6 months or so of him.
