I've spent the past couple weeks gathering intel (hehe) to submit a request for ordinance change in my city. I have set up a facebook page too - already have 97 people that "like" it. We are a small city of about 13,000 people. Many of the neighboring cities and towns allow chickens already.
Here's what I've come up with - I've gotten so much great info from others' letters and packets already so that really helped! I still have a few more supportive letters to scan and add to the document.

Edit to add: Should I submit the letter and info as an email PDF to the city administrator and other council members all at once? Or should I mail the letter and info to the city admin only??
