please read r they ready to lay

So i was just wondering from a picture if my hens seem old enough to lay.
i have 7 hen and just figured out that i have 1 rooster. 1 buckeye one delaware and 6 orington hens.
heres the picture all my hens seem to look alike and this photo is a good shot of one behind the rooster.

they all should be aroung 18 weeks give or take a few

it takes 24 - 30 weeks for them to start laying. iv had orpingtons not start laying until week 30,

They're getting close but may not lay until about 20-24 weeks. Have fun! It's so exciting to get that first egg. I have some that are 18 weeks and am anxious for them to start laying so I can replace some of my older girls that are no longer laying.
