Photos please! I am in the market for an egg basket, and would like to see what's out there. I am especially interested in pics of round, wire baskets, where you got yours and what you paid for it. Thanks!

I saw the older thread, but there were very few photos, so I'm asking anew

i just use a yellow gallon bucket. They know the goodies come from it, corn, etc, then I put the eggs in it. If Im in a hurry I just carry them in my shirt.

I use a wire basket most of the time, other times I use the feed bucket that I just emptied.

Can't post pic's right now, sorrry

Here is mine. I bought it about 25 years ago, long before I had chickens. It has stored onions, potatoes, whatever was on my counter. It just seemed wrong to use it for anything but eggs once the chickens arrived.

Cool, thanks for posting the pic. I have one very similar, but much smaller. Mine would only hold about 4 eggs.

I have an old wire basket that is just round, not chicken shaped. It's more than big enough for my small flock of 5 laying ducks and 12 laying hens. It has a nice weathered wooden handle. I got it from Ebay for very little money.
