please someone help me

My chihuahua attacked my 4 month old chicken and when I found her yesterday in some bushes in my back yard she was standing upright but her head was drooped downward. I picked her up and rushed her inside. She was shaking so I figured she was in shock. I wrapped her in a small blanket and cleaned her face off. It was bloody. She isn't missing feathers and has no other damage to her body. But she wouldn't open her eyes and just wanted 2 sleep. I gave her warm water with Save-a-Chick via syringe and placed her in a box with pine shavings and a heat lamp. I gave her more water every 3 hours. This morning she was standing in her box and has 1 eye open but her neck is still curved to the left and she looks lost. Like she is spaced out. She sways her neck side to side. I gave her some yogurt to get some food in her body. Is it stress? Is it shock? Does she now have neurological damage? What should I do?

It could be stress, I had a hawk attack and the ones that survived took a few days before they started acting like chickens again. Did you check everwhere for puncture wounds?

Maybe she was bit in the ear area and it has thrown her off a bit. I may get critisized for this but being an animal bite she may need some antibiotics. Other animals mouths are dirty and can easily cause infection and if she was stressed it would be that much easier for her to get some type of infection.

I checked her all over. She could have possibly gotten bit on her ear. She had blood on her face. What antibiotic do you think is best?

Penicillian or Amoxicillian works in a pinch. keep her in a darker, quiet place. Keep her warm, possibly a low watt heat lamp. Put some vitamins in her water. try not to dribble too much water in her mouth as she can aspirate, try dunking her beak in the water. If not drinking you can mix 1/2 water to 1/2 vitamin and draw up in a syringe, inject it under pinched up skin over shoulders. this will help keep her hydrated.
