Please tell me bantam cochins pullets can have a comb early - pic!

I have two bantam cochins the same age, about 12 wks old. Supposed to be pullets. One of them is already sporting a comb and the beginnings of wattles. Because the OTHER one is not, I'm worried I may have a rooster.

Is the comb a dark pink/red? If so then probably a roo

You have a roo. Almost 100% sure.

Where did you get them that they are supposed to be pullets? if you ordered them, or got them from a feedstore, you should have a 90% guarantee. So you should get a free replacement, or your money back.

oh yeah that is a little cockerel - might be starting to crow soon - my MF bantam cochins cockerels are only 9 weeks and just started killing me softly with their crows
