Please tell me I have a pretty pullet!

Pics
Beautiful little girl! She’s definitely part barred rock like you said, but could possibly be part Dominique depending on the comb type. (Layered or rose=Dominique, thin “normal comb”=more likely barred rock.
Something to add is that she doesn’t have long back, pin feathers that a cockerel would probably have, I have two roosters that are barred rocks and they showed much more characteristics earlier, (long floppy combs, semi aggressive/skittish attitude, crowing, large wattle, and large, pearlescent feathers in the back, and a couple brown/orange feathers.

They had all that at 8 weeks?

They had most of that a maybe three months, but only after a couple weeks they were showing aggression towards each other and weren’t acting like hens, they were very skittish and didn’t get along very well.

If there was any Dominique or barred rock it’s have to be from the dad. He was a mutt from a friend’s flock. She couldn’t tell me what breeds she has. I hatched him from an egg.

Update: Definitely a pullet. I don't have a current picture but it looks the same only bigger. However, the white chick featured in another photo on this thread that I suspected was a boy, is without a doubt a boy. The hackle feathers just popped up overnight it seems. I got very lucky. Three pullets and a cockerel! I really wanted the cockerel to be a pullet because it was the only one to inherit the EE cheek muffs and I wanted the barred baby to be a girl. I guess you can't have it all! I don't have pics of him either. He's a wild child, and runs away from me, as he should. He'll be a good roo. His dad is too.

Here he is again at 10 weeks.View attachment 2381457
The chick is definitely a pullet. And thus far, no signs of any color leakage from the buff mom. I wish I could get a pic of the baby next to my barred rock, but the barring on the pullet is not clear and defined like the barred rock.

I've come to believe the dad was part Dominique, which would explain the source of his rose comb.
