Please tell me, is she about to lay eggs?

My Silver Phoenix pullets are 17 weeks old. Two of them have reddish pinkish combs and two red wattles. The other three have a more white comb and don't even have wattles yet. Is the one with red wattles getting close to laying eggs? They'll be 20 weeks old on labor day.

Probably the bird that has the combs and wattles layed it. The other looks to be about a month + away.
