Please tell me roo!

Ok this is my first and only frizzle. I am HOPING he is a rooster (as I want him for my EE flock master since I don't have a roo with them right now.) I think he has the duckwing roo type coloring and his comb is pretty red. Thanks!

He's 22 weeks old

And he hasn't crowed yet but he's much bigger than the ladies and has some real thick legs! Thanks everyone the frizzled feathers made it a little harder for me!
