This is my 6 week Buff Orpington cockerel. Your birds are absolutely positively pullets.

I am not targeting you. At 8 weeks, there’s no way that’s a boy, and I just wanted to give the OP some more assurance. And yes, I do mean the bird in picture 3, but all birds pictured are pullets as well.
