Is he a young bird? I suggested OEG X Modern because he's a little more slender and taller than an OEG would look like but not quite as leggy as a Modern.

Young Old English gamebird. Probably a cross between two kinds but still full blood Old English.(maybe whitehackle/Grey)
I don't think there is any modern in him.

I believe he is a fairly young bird, since my family lives in GA and I am in NM I have not seen him - my sister e-mailed this pic to me this morning asking what he might be. I know my family has alot of OEG of some sort , just trying to figure out what breed of female would be best for him ??
any ideas ??

If they have a lot of OEG, then he's probably an OEG. The leggy look is because he's young and his type will change as he gets older and fills out more. His coloring is mainly silver duckwing.

I'd put more OEG girls with him, he'd make some pretty babies.
