Please tell me what is wrong with Gump (pictures)

Is he getting pecked more??? Maybe remove him and feed seperate for a while. I lost a polish roo chick I think because he was being picked on by the other 3 chicks.

I had a little Coturnix getting picked on same issue. Seperate him, it could be an injury from another chick pecking him. If it is, he should recover in a week or so.

Can you raise his head for him, or is the lump keeping him from holding it up? Could he have gotten an infection from being picked on, that would have created a chick sized abcess or possibly a hematoma (a pocket of blood)?
