I'd suggest checking your roosts for mites, by running a paper towel across it top and bottom, after it has been dark for a few hours.
If they are stressed from being bullied, everything else will just hit them worse. Add some Poultry Cell to their water to help with weakness.
And please do, start a thread in the ER forum, with plenty of pictures and information.
Space can be a big issue with bullying also.
