please tell me your chickens names.

4 Buff Orpingtons: Apple, Blondie, Caramel, and Dixie (but I think she's a boy!)
4 Rhode Island Reds: Esmerelda, Fern, Ginger and Henrietta

These are my first chickens...got them in May as chicks and am really enjoying them.

Cordy and Eris are Speckled Sussex, 'Ziska and Faraday are Barred Rocks, Skaði and Tez are Silver-Laced Wyandottes.

We said we weren't going to name them, but did in the end. They are all ameraucanas, and differ in their coloring so we named most of them by their looks:
Whitey, Goldie, Blue, and then we had 2 that we could hardly tell apart and called them Gladys and Gertrude.

My hens are:
Sunny
Lilith
Bluey (rolled in blue coop paint as a chick)
Maggie
Snowy
Chloe
Dink
Jezebel
Bella
Pan
Girlie
Ivy
Mandi
Pansy
Ellie Mae
Jethro
Dixie
Trixie
Ray
Pumpkin
Peaches
Luna
Star
Annie
Sally
Polly

Oops, scratch Luna. He's a polish cockerel.
And five little unknown breed pullets that haven't got names yet.

Westarted out naming them. We have:

Gus-Gus our Blue JG Roo
Sha-nay-nay - Black JG hen
Sally - Lavender orp
Jasmine - Lavender Orp
And our BR's are named:
Orange - for her leg band color
Red - same
White - same
and Louise... we already had a White.
Also - The Delewares - Just called the Delawares cuz we can't tell them apart.

The SL Wyandottes, Wellsomers and Cinnamon queens are all referred to as the "Tweeners"

And our little Silver Spangled Hamburg I call "You little @&%$#!"

We have a flower theme that my kids picked - they are:

Lilac (RIR)
Poppy (EE)
Rosalie (Dominique)
Buttercup (Speckled Sussex)
Petunia (mystery chick!)

I'd love to add Daisy, Violet and Pansy! Hmm, maybe next spring....
