Seven babies, and they’re all still black, I gathered eggs from buff, white, blue, and black silkie and the daddy of all of them is a partridge silkie. Love them no matter the color.

I aimed for 90-95F with my newly hatched bantam chicks.How warm should the Brooder be starting out with the new hatchlings. I still have five eggs to go, can I open it up long enough to take the 8 babies out?

The last one I candled but didn’t see any movement. I’m going to wait til the end of the day before giving up on it.
