I just woke up this morning holding my three baby chicks, and my easter egger is trying to push out a poop, I'm trying to just lose the poop with a q-tip.
Any other help or suggestions is very much appreciated.

I am no expert and a bit hard to tell but that looks too low to be their butt? could it be its umbilical cord was injured? i.e. pecked at by another chick or accidentally rubbed off thinking it was poop?
I'm not sure what can be done if that is what this is... :(

I would disinfect and separate the chick to avoid further pecking injuries...

Hopefully I am wrong and someone else can help more...

Ok, thank you so much for input.
And I've already separated her from the other two just to be cautious.

Looks like a prolapse that has been damaged.

Is the chick able to poop at all?

Dissolve some epsom salts in warm water, then apply warm compresses to the vent to see if that will help reduce some of the swelling.
Keep that exposed tissue moist with ointment, oil or honey. Will the tissue push back in? If it won't, then make sure it doesn't dry out.

Okay, thank you I will definitely try those methods.
She cannot fully poop its mostly just coming out of around the bulging part (I'm sorry I don't know how to describe it)
But there's a piece of poop, so maybe it's part of it? I have no clue really, this is one of my first batches of chicks and I've never had this issue. I will send you a picture now of how it's looking.

This is how she's looking right now

Is it poop or a scab?
Looks like the vent has been pecked.

If she's struggling to poop, then see that she's hydrated well, give wet soupy feed to eat. It wouldn't hurt to give her bits of coconut oil or you can add a little to her wet feed, this may help soften the poop a little and make it easier to go.

I do see the white urates have been leaking, this is common with a prolapse. This material can set up and be quite hard to get off. A bit of mineral oil (maybe coconut oil) will help work the urates/crusts off.

But the scab/black part is likely going to be there for a few days, this may prohibit the tissue from going back in (for now until it falls off) so, keep that and all exposed tissue moist with ointment or oil.

Okay, sounds good!
It's not a scab though, it's poop.
Thank you for all your help!!
Oh, o.k.
Hard to tell with the lighting.

If that's poop, then apply your oil, slowly take something like a popsicle stick cut down narrow, a qtip, or similar and see if you can work the poop out.

Warm compresses held against the tissue may help too.

If it's poop, then the tissue may go back in then! I'd still give her mushy feed and coconut oil to help her go for a few days since she may prolapse again.
