Pls help

It looks like some frostbite on the tips of the comb, which can be common this time of year when temps get down way below freezing. I would not do anything, but watch to see if anyone is pecking him, since it can bleed. It is very painful so I would not handle it. If your coop is very small or short and chickens are close together, they may produce a lot of hot moist breath. High humidity can promote frostbie. High, overhead ventilation from one end of coop to the other can help get rid of humidity.

If you post pictures of your coop, people can see better what you need to do to increase ventilation. Good luck with your chicken. You might want to apply coconut oil or vaseline to your other chickens combs.
