If the veins are truly healthy then I would leave her alone. Are you sure she moved or did the dead chick just slosh around in there? I'm not meaning to be morbid, but I just don't know how they could still be alive at this point, unless the temp was really low.

she is definatly moving, and now even more now the membrane has gone a little dryer after me wetting it. Humidity is between 65 - 72 and temps at 37.4 oC.

Just from what I am reading, are you sure it is DAY 26 ? Very rare to still be alive at this late in the game, at least from my experiences.

The temp is a little on the low side and I'd be concerned that it's even lower than that due to your thermometer being off.

ok then shal i increse the temp a little more? or will that do more damage? its an electronic thermomiter with a built in hygrometer??

I don’t have the experience hatching that some folks on here do. Nor do I understand how they could go 26 days. To assist hatching with out touching them, I call to them (chick chick chick) every time I roll my eggs. Then I call to them threw the air hole after I see them all pipping. It seems to make them very active & hurry out of there eggs. It also makes for friendlier chick once hatched. ....Just try not to let your family see Ya talk'n to eggs
