Plymouth barred rock gender??

Can anyone tell if this a rooster? No spurs, but "she" made a funny sound Sat. and her comb is larger (and also hangs over to the side)than my other rock. They will be 20 weeks old this week. Thanks for any help.

I'm also thinking pullet, but a full body profile showing the head and tail would definitely make gender identification easier.

Little Sadie doesn't hold still for pictures! Too worried about scraps. I'll try tomorrow when it is brighter outside. I'm a newbie chicken owner. I hope it is a hen as I don't think my neighbors will tolerate a rooster! Thanks again!
