You could always post a link to the picture from Photobucket or another image hosting site. It's relatively easy. Just copy and paste the link in the centre of this:

3 weeks old? That looks like a SLW. Not sure on the gender.. Though I am tempted to say pullet. Can you get a better picture of her/his comb?

ETA: Wait.. SLW shouldn't have slate legs..

Now I am not sure.. Lets see what others have to say..

Where did you get it? If from a hatchery, you could look through and see what they have that matches.
Could it be an Easter Egger?

i got it from a man who raises chickens for show but it was brief, and he told me what it was then.
however i saw so many chickens that day, and all the names ran together.
i dont know how to get in contact with him again, unfotunatly.
