Plz HELP!!! Do I have a ROO?

First time chicken mommy... I purchased what I thought were 6 pullets from the Tractor Supply Store early spring 9-10 weeks ago however, Ms. Patsy stands out! (she) seems to stomp around a bit more aggressive and separates herself from the others and follows me everywhere I go.She stands taller and raises her neck hairs whenever she pulls away from flock.NOT shy, she's very clingy and has become my lap bird... I'm so confused because everything is a contradiction to the other regarding behavior....

Or do I just have a QUIRKY lil' girl.. ?

Looks female, though that IS roosterly behavior. You might just have a dominant pullet, but it's hard to gauge at that age. keep an eye on wattles.comb for redness.
