You definitely have a pair. The hen looks kind of silver like an IB white eye. The cock may be carrying some white genes too.

You have a pair. It will be next year when she will lay. They lay whenever spring comes to your area. They usually lay eggs at dusk or in the night. Peacock's can breed 1-5 hens. Best fertility is 2-3 hens to 1 cock usually.
