Plz help, I think my chicken is sick

Her vent does not appear to be packed. Yes she gets egg shells regularly. She free ranges.

Aww the poor girl. The only time I have seen a chicken puke was when they had sour crop but you would feel that. It feels like a squishy water balloon on the right side of the chest. Does her breath smell sour? I'm sure there are other reasons that could make her puke but I'm unaware of them. Does she seem to be drinking more than usual? Is there anything she could have gotten into like moldy feed or something poisonous (chickens will eat the weirdest things).

For the comb and feathers I would try an anti-fungal cream like Lotrimin, Tinactin or something similar. Check her over to make sure there are not lice/mites.

The spitting up water, looks like slow or sour crop, does her breath smell?

Provide grit, fresh water, her normal feed and look into treating for crop issues.
You may also want to take a fecal sample to your vet and have a fecal float performed to check for any worms/internal parasites and possible bacterial infections.
