Hi I was wondering if I should open these red hole vent things? It have been a little over one day. I need to know Plz Help!!

I'd leave one of them out all the time.

I agree I always leave one out at all times. But watch your temperture because taking the plugs in or out usually effects the temp. Good luck.

I keep both of mine out the whole 21 days. If I have trouble getting the humidity up during lockdown, I cut 6 strips about an inch wide and 3 inches long from a babies pull up, moisten with warm water and put in the bator under the small holes so i can add warm water as needed.
