Plz help me with Introducing New Ducks

How would I introduce more ducks into my flock?

You can pen them next the old flock for awhile as they get to know each other. I’ve had the old group come and say hi to new group but not be able to get in the pen. I usually introduce when the birds are out and about so the newbies don’t feel threatened and the old flock can’t gang up and corner the new birds and beat them up.
