Plz help, my chicken has a rash, and one has a bad foot!

My rooster (A barred rock) has like a red rash on his butt, what is it and how do you fix it? It only covers a open spot on his butt and ends at the feather line. And one of my hens (cream leg bar) has messed up feet. Her toes point in all sorts of ways and it looks painful. Please help, how do i fix it?!

Can you post some photos of the rooster's rear end and then hen's foot?

How old are they?
Without seeing what you see, it will be hard to try to figure out what's going on.
