PLZ. HELP MY HOME MADE WATERER KEEPS ON DRAINING WATER

plz help my homemade waterer keeps on draining water after i feel it up with water,.i made i hole in bootom part and the water keeps rushing plz share ur ideas on how to properly make waterer i have 6 chicks (3 cornish x and 3 native )

Use a dish or something with pebbles in it for a while till they grow. You'll need to set it up on a brick or something to keep the birds from kicking bedding into the water.
Wet bedding is bad.

Just buy a waterer at your local poultry store, its very cheap
