Curious, did you hatch these from collecting eggs from your own birds, or did you order the eggs, and hatch them?

It that pine shavings at the food/water end of your brooder? If it's very fine then they may be eating it which isn't good for them. Large shavings or hay/straw are better to use. If you are keeping them that clean then it won't be cocci.

A guy around me hatches them this is my first batch and no wood shavings in brooder

the little bit of blood in the poop is saying something that is more than a norm. If some or all of them are pooping blood, I would go ahead and treat for coccidious. if its not that I would think that its most likely coming from a parasite. At 3 days old, I always hit my chicks with a dose (cocci) just as a precaution for 4 days so I don't have to worry about it.
Even the lower protein feeds would not cause blood in the poo pile, just starve them of what they need. I think its a little too soon for the electrolytes but a pro-biotic is not a bad idea.
