Plz help one of my chicks is dying

Yesterday it came out of his brooder and it was raining.
Didnt see him all night and now i see him not interested in eating anything and doesnt moves keep sleeping
Weight lost and is like feather now

How old is your chick?

Almost one month

I don't have much experience but I've seen some people suggest feeding cooked scrambled egg. And just keep him warm and dry.

Have you tried holding him and feeding him by hand?

Cant even swallow something i force gave him should i just kill him??it will be hard to him to control

How old is the Bird?..............Were they on MEDICATED FEED ?

Possible coccid issues.......?

Wet damp areas are a host to Coccoid......
