Pm limits

Byc will only allow my friend darkwolf100 to send two private messages a day. Myself (and everyone else, so far as I know) has been allowed to send a virtually unlimited amount of private messages. She has just joined, and has not gotten into trouble or been reported. She is also using the mobile version.
Does anyone else have this problem, and how do we resolve it?

There are limits on new accounts. As your "friend" is known by the system, usually by posting, she will get more PM space.

Thx, we were wondering. I'll tell her when i see her that she needs to post more, lol. (she doesn't have much computer time, so I'll tell her face to face)
