Is there anyway to have it show whether you've replied to a message or not? Since my CRS is getting worse with each passing week I need all the help I can get!!

I was just told the solution a couple of days ago. Just before you click where it says "Send", put a check in the box above "Send" that says "Save message". Then you can find what you sent in your "Sent" folder.

I do that sometimes, but that takes up space and it would be so much simpler if an arrow or color change would automatically show up. I don't want to save all my replies....just be able to see if I replied or not.

I think I mentioned this a while back too Katy. It would really be helpful to know you replied, without having to save every reply. Hopefully Rob can let us know where this may be on the priority list.

Honest, it is pretty low on the priority list because of the amount of effort to implement the tracking.

If in the interim you really need message tracking, you should take any reoccurring conversations that you have with people on IM and move them to regular email.
