Poaching pan...for quail eggs

you can use any sided pan to poach the eggs in. just simmer some water and add a drop of vinegar then crack open and drop in the egg.

I'm Looking For An Actual Poaching Pan.
I believe what GrandmaBird was trying to say is that there is such a small market for "quail poaching" that no manufacturer makes them. I did a google search for quail poaching pan, and I found one great recipe for poached quail eggs, but not one link for a favorite quail poaching pan. Target has poaching pans for under $7, unless you want to pay for Paula Deens' retirement, then it's $35.

Y'all Need To Leave Ole Paula Out Of This....Ha!
I'm Actually Friends With Her Husband And Step-Son....But!, I Here It All The Time, So No Harm Here. I Think Its Funny.
Thanks For The Help

Rocket, do you mean the one who does the cooking show called, "not my mamas recipes"? When I get the chance (which isn't very often), I watch his show. I really wish his show was on 20 years ago, because he takes "tasty" recipes and "makes them healthier"... something I wish I had done 20 years ago as I'm really paying for now.

No, I think youre talking about her son Jamie. Im friends with her husband Mike and his son. I worked with Mike a while back until I transferred companies. We dock ships in the Savannah harbor, so we're a pretty close knit group of guys. We always bust on Paula about her cooking and her Ac-c-ent...ha
