I love talking about chickens, and an interesting way to start today would be by saying I just ordered 15 new chicks! I am so excited!

Here is my chicken math:

58 chickens now
+4 chicks tomorrow
+8 eggs in the incubator
+15 chicks coming in 6 days

I'm working on a bantam mix I call Dalmatians, and had to order some new blood-lines. I also was interested in getting some Orloffs, hints the eggs in the incubator. This is my first time incubating eggs, so I hope it turns out well!

I bred a Silver Sebright roo with a Red Pyle OEGB hen and then bred their children to a White Silkie rooster and got that beautiful girl you see there.
