Yes, it finds one access point for the Internet but it's at to weak of a signal, I've tried to find another access point but it just can't. I really want to have Internet on my 3ds but it just won't get a signal.

Well dang I have a mobile Wi-Fi thingy. As long as you get reception (like with a mobile phone) you can get Wi-Fi.

Well I don't have a phone, but all I have is my computer. (Now I'm sad.)

You don't need a phone, all you need is a computer. I meant it picks up signal like a phone and converts it to Wi-Fi.
