I have a polish chicken that is currently staying in a cage in my bathroom. She wasn't able to walk for a while because the chicken she was with was pecking her and such, but now she seems to be walking again. I have 2 coops outside, one has 6 chickens and one has only one chicken, the one that attacked her, and I also have 6 ducks in another place. I was going to put her in the place where she used to live, and move the other chicken in with the other 6, but they attacked her and I had to put her back. I'm not sure, first of all, what to do with the chicken that hurt the polish one. Will the other 6 chickens eventually warm up to her and stop pecking her, or will she always have to be separate? Also, would it be okay for the polish chicken to live with the ducks? She lived with the ducks for a while as a chick and they attacked her too, but I don't know if it would be the same now. Sorry if that didn't make sense, it's hard to explain, but I'm not sure where to put either of these two chickens.

it seems that she does not get along very well with any of them if that is the case you can get her a chicken diper and she can be a house chicken

Because of the crests and their limited vision caused by the crests, Polish typically get badly picked on by other standard sized breeds. We ended up having remove our Polish from our main flock and put them in a separate enclosure with our Silkies, which had also been badly picked on by the larger birds. Our Polish and our Silkies got along fabulously.

That would be a really great idea, but unfortunately my 7 dogs would not make that very easy to do.
