Generally polish males have a wild rock star crest and the females have a tamed rounded crest. It's not a perfect way to sex them but, it could give you a clue. Welcome to BYC, polish are such attractive birds, especially the laced ones.

We'll need better photos to tell the gender of your birds. However, I'm leaning towards the bird on the right being a cockerel, and the bird on the left being a pullet.
