Polish chuck with Bloody Diarrhea

we have one week old polish Tolbunt Chicks.They developed bloody diarrhea today. They are already on a medicated feed, and electrolyte water. A few of them have had pasty butt problems, but we've done our best to clean it whenever we notice.What should we do?

Run to the feed store and buy Corid.
Do not wait.
