Polish-Cochin good with small/bantam hens

My rooster Outlaw will not stop bullying my lavender orphington. I believe he may have drawn blood this time and I cannot abide. He is an excellent rooster for smaller hens and assertive hens.
He is a polish cochin mix and in good health. I'll post pictures tomorrow. I live in Loganville ga but am willing to drive as much as 30 min if it makes pick up easier.

According to his previous owner, his father was a cochin and his mother was a polish. He's got a good temperament for the most part. Not aggressive towards people at all and pretty smart.
